Terms & conditions

Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value on stock items.

How to place an order

• Log into your account. Click on VIEW QUICK ORDER FORM. All wholesale products will be visible

Wholesale Pricing: All prices are listed in UK Sterling and ex-VAT. All orders are [PIA] Payment in Advance. 

• UK Customers: VAT will be added in the final stage of checkout.
• International & EU: Orders will be ex-UK sales tax, but will be subject to individual country sales tax & duties

Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, American Express, Maestro & Shop Pay

Shipping: Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.

UK Shipping: We send all orders TRACKED. 

• Sample Orders to the value of £70: £5 shipping 
• Orders: (£70.01+) = Free

International Shipping: International orders come through to us as DRAFT ORDERS. At this point we will contact you regarding shipping.

Delivery Window: We aim to despatch stock items to UK and international destinations within 3-5 days. Please contact us at sales@insaneemporium.com for special requests.

Damages, Defects & Returns: Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact sales@insaneemporium.com regarding damaged or defective shipments, quoting your order number & details of the problem.
